Welcome, and thank you so much for shopping with Renee's Corner & Creations! Every item is handcrafted with care and creativity. Please take a moment to read through the following policies before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. PROCESSING TIME
1.1 All orders require a processing time of 3–5 business days before shipping. Processing time refers to the time needed to handcraft, prepare, and package your order — it does not include shipping transit time.
1.2 Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
1.3 Processing time begins the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
1.4 Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time beyond the standard 3–5 business days. If your order requires extra time, you will be notified directly with an updated timeline.
1.5 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or direct message so you can follow your package on its way to you.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
2.1 Renee's Corner & Creations is NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
2.2 If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Renee's Corner & Creations cannot be held liable for carrier errors or third-party handling issues.
2.3 We are happy to assist you by providing any documentation or order details you may need to support your claim with the carrier. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need help gathering that information.
2.4 Customers are encouraged to select shipping insurance at checkout, if available, for added protection on their order. This is optional but recommended, especially for higher-value or fragile items.
3. SNOWGLOBE TUMBLER DISCLAIMER

3.1 Snowglobe tumblers are handcrafted specialty items that contain liquid and glitter/embellishments inside a double-walled design. Each tumbler is carefully constructed and sealed to ensure quality and durability.
3.2 Due to changes in air pressure and temperature during shipping, it is completely normal for air bubbles to appear inside snowglobe tumblers upon delivery. This is a natural result of the shipping environment and not an indication of a flaw.
3.3 Air bubbles are NOT a defect and do not affect the quality, function, or integrity of the tumbler in any way.
3.4 In most cases, air bubbles will settle or reduce over time once the tumbler has acclimated to its new environment and resting temperature.
3.5 This is a known characteristic of all snowglobe-style tumblers across the industry and is not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange. By purchasing a snowglobe tumbler, the customer acknowledges and accepts this product characteristic.
4. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
4.1 ALL sales are final. Renee's Corner & Creations does not accept returns, does not offer exchanges, and does not issue refunds.
4.2 Because each item is handmade and/or custom-made to order, completed items cannot be restocked or resold. Your order is created specifically for you.
4.3 Please review all order details carefully before placing your order — including spelling, color choices, design preferences, sizing, and any personalization information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are correct at the time the order is submitted.
4.4 Production errors: If there is a legitimate concern about your order due to a production error made by Renee's Corner & Creations — such as a misspelling, incorrect design, or wrong item — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
4.5 "Buyer's remorse" or a change of mind after an order has been placed, is in production, or has been completed is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
