🚚 Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.  

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

📬 Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard USPS or UPS.  

Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

🛍️ Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

Because many of our products are custom-made (including snow globe tumblers and personalized apparel), processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons. If additional time is needed, we will notify you promptly.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

📫 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Renee’s Corner & Creations is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking
